Italian Elegance on Your Plate: Creamy Smoked Salmon Pasta Recipe

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 500g Pasta Jesce Fettuccine con arco
  • 400g smoked salmon
  • 400ml Sterilgarda Cooking Cream
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh lemon zest, for garnish

Instructions:

1. Cook the Pasta:

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Add Pasta Jesce Fettuccine con arco and cook according to the package instructions, or until al dente.
  • Drain the pasta, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta cooking water. Set aside.

2. Prepare the Cream Sauce:

  • In a large skillet, pour in Sterilgarda Cooking Cream, stirring continuously. Let it simmer gently until it thickens slightly, about 3-4 minutes.

3. Combine Pasta and Cream:

  • Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the cream sauce.
  • Toss the pasta in the sauce, coating it evenly. If the sauce seems too thick, you can add a bit of the reserved pasta cooking water to reach your desired consistency.

4. Add Smoked Salmon:

  • Carefully tear the smoked salmon into bite-sized pieces and add it to the pasta.
  • Gently toss everything together to combine. The heat of the pasta will warm the smoked salmon just enough.

5. Season and Serve:

  • Add freshly ground black pepper.
  • Garnish with a sprinkle of lemon zest for a burst of freshness.
