How much is shipping?

Standard Australia-wide shipping starts from $10.

Excluding the ACT, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout, at couriers cost, based on order weight and the delivery address. Please see all available options on the dropdown menu, at checkout.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?

Please select Australia Post at checkout if you wish your order to be delivered to a PO box or parcel locker.

Our other delivery partners are unable to deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.

How can I contact you?

You may use the contact form, send us an email or message us via the Whatsapp icon on the bottom right corner.

Whatsapp is the best way to get a quick reply.

We are available Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm, excluding Public Holidays.

Do you have distributors in my area?

We are a family business and we operate from the ACT.

We don't have distributors around Australia, however we can deliver virtually everywhere around the country.

How can I check the status of my order?

After you've placed your order, you will receive an email to confirm that your order has been shipped. You can check via the 'tracking' button provided in the email or by using the 'Shop' app.

Please note: for the ACT, we offer express 'local' delivery (usually within 1-2 business days), therefore we don't provide tracking notifications.

I don't want to pay for shipping, can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately we do not offer a pick up option.

Can I get my order by a set date?

We are only able to provide an estimated delivery date, based on our delivery partner's guidelines.

If you need your order delivered quickly, we recommend selecting Australia Post Express at checkout.
