Shipping policy

Shipping costs are charged as follows:

ACT: Free express shipping to the ACT for orders of AUD$50+ or at a flat rate of AUD$10 for orders up to AUD$49.

Any other State and Territory of Australia: Shipping cost is calculated at checkout, at couriers cost, based on order weight and the delivery address. Please see all available options at checkout.

Spritz & Co will endeavour to pack and dispatch every order within 24 business hours. This is subject to changes, in case of any events outside of Spritz & Co's control.

If your order is returned back to us because you have provided an incorrect address, because you weren't available to receive the order, or you've failed to collect it from a depot, an additional delivery charge will apply to get the order redelivered to you. If your order remains unclaimed, we will dispose of it after 3 months.

Please note that some of the couriers we partner with, such as Aramex, Couriers Please and TNT Express, will not deliver to a Post Office Boxes, Parcel Lockers and other Australia Post properties.

By default, a signature will be requested for:

  • Orders over $100 (if available from the courier partner)

  • Orders containing alcoholic beverages (as required by law)

If you wish to have a signature added to orders under $100 or not containing alcoholic beverages, please let us know in the "Notes" section during checkout.

If you wish your order to be delivered to a PO box or Parcel Locker, please select Australia Post at checkout.

Spritz & Co will endeavour to deliver your order according to the estimated delivery times. The estimated delivery times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Public holidays.

Delivery usually takes up to 5 business days from the date your payment is processed for most major cities and up to 10 day for rural/regional cities. However, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame. The actual delivery speed will depend on the level of congestion in the delivery network at the relevant time.

Please take care to enter your delivery address accurately and completely, as Spritz & Co will not take responsibility for any deliveries which are lost or returned as a result of incomplete or incorrect details. Additional shipping costs may apply if changes are made to the delivery address after your order has been shipped.

Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your products to the address indicated on your order confirmation. If you are not available to take delivery of the products, our carrier will leave a notification card to advise re-delivery options. Please note: some of our delivery partners no longer leave a notification card, but send an email or a text message instead. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.

If you, the customer, miss delivery, alter Spritz & Co's original delivery instructions and/or give ATL (authority to leave) when re-booking the delivery of an order, it is your responsibility to be available to take delivery of your order. If a parcel is lost or damaged at the time of redelivery after you've altered Spritz & Co's instructions to the carrier and/or have provided ATL, Spritz & Co is not responsible for the lost package or for any damages and will not issue a refund.

Spritz & Co will make every effort to assist when your delivery is delayed in transit, however delivery may take longer than expected on occasions due to events outside of Spritz & Co's control, such us road closures, floods, peak season, or similar. Spritz & Co will not issue a refund for orders that are delayed in transit.
