Please allow up to 5 business days for major cities and up to 10 business days for rural/regional areas.

Shipping costs are charged as follows:

ACT: Free express shipping to the ACT for orders of AUD$50+ or at a flat rate of AUD$10 for orders up to AUD$49;

Any other State and Territory of Australia: Shipping cost is calculated at checkout, at couriers cost, based on order weight and the delivery address. Please see all available options at checkout.

If you are not available to take delivery of the products, our carrier will leave a notification card to advise re-delivery options.

Yes, you can! Once your order is processed, we will send you an e-mail with the courier tracking number.

Sometimes it may take up to 12-24 hours to show on the Australia Post website.

Unfortunately, PO Box addresses are not suitable.Yes, we do ship to Businesses. 

Just provide us with precise instructions and we will pass it on to the courier.
