Dry, crisp and refreshingly clean, this Prosecco is made for those who enjoy a more restrained style of sparkling wine. Notes of green apple, citrus and white flowers are carried by fine, persistent bubbles, finishing bright and refreshing without the sweetness found in many Proseccos.
Made from organically grown Glera grapes, it's an easy choice for aperitivo and pairs beautifully with oysters, fresh seafood, sushi or light pasta dishes.
