Ingredients: type "0" soft WHEAT flour, raisins (15.9%), fresh EGGS, candied orange peels (12.4%) (orange peels, glucose syrup - fructose, sugar), natural yeast, sugar, BUTTER, emulsifier: mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, flavorings, skimmed MILK powder.
