DESCRIPTION: Experience the centuries-old traditions of Valle di Cembra in this 2010 AQUILA REALE Trentodoc Riserva, lovingly grown on the Maso Sette Fontane estate since 1734.

Expect a bouquet of minerals, candied fruit, and pineapple, followed by a palate reminiscent of crusty bread and balanced acidity, that'll linger long after your last sip. Cheers to that!

VINIFICATION: Manual harvesting in the first ten days of September, whole cluster soft pressing, static decantation of the must, temperature controlled fermentation in oak barrels (50%) and in stainless steel tanks (50%), ageing on the lees for about 12 months, secondary fermentation in the bottle; 72 months ageing on the lees.
