DESCRIPTION: Manifesto to the fascinating art of the vintage, Cuvette is a seductive Franciacorta where the generous and captivating structure is combined with a lively freshness. It is a colorful watercolor of sensations: yellow peach, rennet apple, hazelnut and vanilla.
In its perfumes we find the sweetness of summer which harmoniously blends with the more introverted characters of autumn.
REFINEMENT: 48 months on the lees.
RESIDUAL SUGAR: 5 gr/lt.
OPTIMAL DRINKIN PERIOD: If perfectly preserved, the product can be tasted after years from disgorgement being capable of increasing complexity and long and positive evolution over time.
