DESCRIPTION: Another gem from Murales winery in Gallura, Sardinia, beautiful and ancient island of Italy.
Deep straw yellow. The nose is greeted by aromas of pear, apricot, citrus, some herbal and mineral notes from the terroir.
The palate is elegant yet fresh, progressively confirming the notes of the nose in a round taste.
Only 6,000 bottles are produced each year.
GRAPES: 100% Viognier.
RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: perfect as aperitif wine, pairs wonderfully with oysters, prawns, raw fish, pasta marinara, sashimi, crustaceans and other fish based dishes.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10-12°C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13.5%
SIZE: 750mL
WINE STORAGE: between 12 and 16°C, away from direct sources of light, avoiding excessively dry conditions.
