The 2019 Villa Franciacorta Emozione Franciacorta D.O.C.G. Brut Organic is a distinguished sparkling wine that pays homage to tradition.
Crafted from a blend of 80% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Noir, and 5% Pinot Blanc, this vintage is the only Franciacorta from the winery produced using all three traditional grape varieties of the region.
Aged for 36 months on the lees, it offers a complex bouquet of floral notes, fresh fruit, acacia, and the fragrance of bread. On the palate, fine and persistent bubbles enhance its elegant structure, leading to an intriguing and lasting finish.
REFINEMENT: 36 months on the lees.
RESIDUAL SUGAR: 5,1 gr/lt.
OPTIMAL DRINKING PERIOD: If perfectly preserved, the product can be tasted after years from disgorgement being capable of increasing complexity and long and positive evolution over time.
