DESCRIPTION: Deep copper rosé colour, white vinification, non-filtered and refined on the lees for 6 months in cement tanks and, finally, 2 months in the bottle prior to its release.
The nose is fresh and greeted by wild roses, thyme and rosemary, with hints of red fruit, especially cherry and raspberry.
Well balanced acidity and fragrant on the palate, lively and intense pomegranate flavour, recalling geranium petals and herbaceous notes.
Long and persistent finish.
GRAPES: 100% Carignano.
RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: extremely versatile wine, perfect pairing to any seafood meal, great with pizza and under-cooked meat.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10-12°C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13.5%
WINE STORAGE: between 12 and 16 °C, away from direct sources of light, avoiding excessively dry conditions.
