DESCRIPTION: Produced exclusively from selected clones of Chardonnay planted in the vineyard’s best terroir.
The Satèn produced at Casa Villa is instantly recognizable: velvety bubbles that release a sensual bouquet and softly caress the palate before slipping away like silk.
The sensations are ecstatically pleasurable and the persistence is enchanting.
REFINEMENT: 36 months on the lees.
RESIDUAL SUGAR: 6,0 gr/lt.
OPTIMAL DRINKING PERIOD: If perfectly preserved, the product can be tasted after years from dégorgement being capable of increasing complexity and long and positive evolution over time.
