The 2019 Villa Franciacorta Mon Satèn Franciacorta D.O.C.G. Brut Organic is an elegant sparkling wine crafted exclusively from 100% Chardonnay grapes.
Aged for 36 months on the lees, it offers a refined bouquet of white flowers, citrus, and subtle toasted notes. On the palate, it is creamy and well-balanced, with fine, persistent bubbles and a lingering finish.
REFINEMENT: 36 months on the lees.
RESIDUAL SUGAR: 6,0 gr/lt.
OPTIMAL DRINKING PERIOD: If perfectly preserved, the product can be tasted after years from disgorgement being capable of increasing complexity and long and positive evolution over time.
