The 2021 Cecchetto Manzoni Bianco 6.0.13 IGT is an elegant white wine from Veneto, crafted from the unique Manzoni Bianco grape—a celebrated Italian crossing of Riesling Renano and Pinot Bianco, developed by Professor Luigi Manzoni. Produced by the Cecchetto family, this wine beautifully balances freshness, aromatic complexity and refined structure.
Delicate aromas of white blossom, citrus and ripe stone fruit lead to a crisp, mineral-driven palate with vibrant acidity and a long, elegant finish. Exceptionally versatile at the table, it pairs beautifully with seafood, risotto, white meats and fresh cheeses.
