DESCRIPTION: Dry white wine, straw-yellow colour with pale green hues.
Expect floral and fresh fruit notes of green apple and citrus on the nose.
Elegant, with a well balanced acidity and a long finish with notes of citrus and flowers.
GRAPES: 100% Ribolla Gialla.
RECOMMENDED PAIRING: perfect as aperitif with non-aged cheese and charcuterie accompanied by fresh vegetable sticks. Excellent with seafood, raw and cooked alike, risotto, white meat and soups.
