The 2021 Borgo Molino CIARI Ribolla I.G.T. Venezia Giulia is a vibrant expression of the Ribolla Gialla grape, native to Italy's Friuli-Venezia Giulia region.
This dry white wine showcases a luminous straw-yellow hue with subtle green reflections. On the nose, it offers delicate floral aromas complemented by notes of green apple and citrus. The palate is fresh and well-balanced, featuring a hint of minerality and a crisp, clean finish.
