DESCRIPTION: Unleash a burst of flavour with the Piantaferro 2022 Falanghina I.G.T del Beneventanto. Deep yellow, with bright green reflections, it boasts a warm, intense aroma of toasted hazelnuts. Its playful palate packs a pleasant sour punch, leading to a perfectly persistent finish. Notes of fresh joy linger long after the last sip (cheers!).
GRAPES: 85% Falanghina, 15% Fiano and Greco.
RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: Suitable for seafood appetizers, pasta dishes and an array of fish & seafood such as mussels, fish soup, clams and grilled or baked fish. Also great with white meats with aromatic seasoning such as herb infused chicken.
