DESCRIPTION: The Piantaferro Fiano I.G.T del Beneventano is a structured wine with good acidity and intense, persistent aromas of floral notes, white peach, exotic fruits, and hints of hazelnut.
Its lingering aftertaste is both pleasing and long-lasting. Perfect for those who appreciate a unique and bold flavour.
GRAPES: 85% Fiano, 15% Falanghina and Greco.
RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: Excellent with fish and crustaceans, white meats and rice dishes. It pairs well also with vegetarian dishes.
