Pinot Nero thrives in the cooler vineyards of the Trevenezie, where it develops bright fruit, gentle spice and a silky texture. The 2023 Borgo Molino Pinot Nero is light to medium-bodied, with aromas of cherry, raspberry and subtle earthy notes, finishing fresh and smooth.
Its lighter style makes it a versatile red for the table. Enjoy it with roast chicken, duck, mushroom risotto, grilled salmon or a simple charcuterie board. It can even be served slightly chilled on warmer days.
