Made from 100% Garganega grapes grown on the volcanic hills of Soave, the 2024 vintage of Corte Adami’s Soave DOC is a shining example of freshness, finesse, and terroir expression.
Pale straw yellow in colour, it opens with delicate aromas of white peach, pear, almond blossom, and a subtle minerality that evokes wet stone and citrus peel. On the palate, it’s crisp, clean, and refreshing — offering a harmonious balance of ripe orchard fruit, saline minerality, and zesty acidity. A slight almond note lingers softly on the finish, typical of quality Garganega.
Uncomplicated yet elegant, this Soave is a go-to white wine for any occasion — from aperitivo hour to seafood dinners and beyond.
GRAPES: 100% Garganega
RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: A natural match for seafood, grilled white meats, fresh pasta dishes, and spring vegetable risottos. Also excellent with antipasti, light cheeses, or simply enjoyed on its own.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12.5%
SIZE: 750mL
WINE STORAGE: between 12 and 16°C, away from direct sources of light, avoiding excessively dry conditions.
