DESCRIPTION: Sip away the night with this 2022 "Motivo" Asolo Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. Brut! Make every toast a special one, with glera grapes from the Asolo Hills that offer a pale straw yellow colour, fine and persistent perlage, and a delicate bouquet with a pleasant touch of exotic fruit, apple and pear. The taste? Sapid, intense, and oh-so-well balanced. Bottoms up!

RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: extremely versatile sparkling wine, excellent as aperitif wine paired with mixed antipasto platters, seafood entrees or main dishes, pizza and pasta with light flavours.
