Naturally sweet and lightly sparkling, this wine captures the joyful, floral, and fruity character of Malvasia in its most elegant form, offering a uniquely Piedmontese dessert wine that is both refreshing and indulgent.
Vibrant cherry red in colour with a fine, lively perlage, it opens with enchanting aromas of wild strawberry, red cherry, rose petals, and candied berries, followed by hints of spice and fresh grape must. The palate is light, silky, and gently sweet, balanced by bright acidity and a soft mousse that creates a delightfully smooth and playful texture. The finish is fruity, perfumed, and beautifully refreshing, leaving a lingering sense of sweetness and floral elegance.
