The Extra Brut style highlights the natural freshness of the grape, offering vibrant flavour with minimal residual sugar for a refined, modern palate.

Brilliant pale straw yellow with fine and persistent bubbles, it opens with aromas of white peach, green apple, citrus blossom, and delicate floral notes, complemented by hints of mineral and fresh almond.
