From the sun-drenched vineyards of western Sicily, Piantaferro Intrigo Grillo reveals the island’s coastal elegance and Mediterranean soul. Made from 100% Grillo, one of Sicily’s most prized native white grapes, it combines freshness, aromatic depth, and a touch of sea-breeze minerality.
Brilliant straw yellow with golden highlights, it opens with aromas of citrus, white peach, and tropical fruit, followed by hints of jasmine and herbs. On the palate, it’s vibrant and full-flavoured — refreshing yet rounded — with a perfect balance between fruit richness and saline crispness.
Elegant, expressive, and unmistakably Sicilian, this wine captures the warmth of the island and the finesse of its coastal terroir.
