This rising star of Sicilian oenology is cultivated on the hills of Borgo Guarini Estate, resulting in a richer and more intense aromatic profile.
A microclimate with marked temperature differences and the action of the wind produce a vast aromatic spectrum in this wine.
GRAPES: 100% Grillo.
RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: pairs well with a range of dishes including appetisers, snacks, shellfish and vegetarian dishes.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10-12°C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12.6%
