Milled in Naples by Mulino Caputo, it has a very fine "00" grind and carefully balanced protein content to produce smooth, elastic doughs that are easy to work with.

Yes, we ship Australia-wide, however some delivery addresses might not be supported by some of our delivery partners (e.g. Sendle does not deliver to factories, malls/shopping centres, and any other place that might not have easy access).
