Fregola is one of Sardinia's best-known pasta specialties, made from small toasted semolina pearls that develop a wonderfully nutty flavour when cooked. Cherchi Fregola has a satisfying bite and is incredibly versatile, making it a favourite for both traditional and modern recipes.
It's delicious with seafood, especially clams and prawns, but also works beautifully in soups, vegetable dishes or hearty meat ragù. The lightly toasted finish adds an extra layer of flavour that sets it apart from other pasta shapes.

Yes, we ship Australia-wide, however some delivery addresses might not be supported by some of our delivery partners (e.g. Sendle does not deliver to factories, malls/shopping centres, and any other place that might not have easy access).
