From the rugged hills of Abruzzo comes this elegant Collezione Privata Pecorino, a white wine that captures the freshness and character of Italy’s Adriatic coast. Made from the native Pecorino grape — prized for its natural acidity and aromatic intensity — it offers a refined balance of fruit, minerality, and structure.
Brilliant straw yellow in colour, it opens with vibrant aromas of citrus, green apple, and white flowers, followed by subtle notes of herbs and saline minerality. On the palate, it’s crisp and expressive, with layers of pear and lemon zest leading to a long, elegant finish.
