Pour 400 ml of fridge-cold whipping cream into a large bowl, and beat for 30 seconds at low speed. Gradually add the contents of one sachet and continue whisking at low speed until you get a thick and full-bodied cream.
Use to fill cream puffs, custard or small pastries..
