How to make:
Mix the content of one sachet with 300ml of milk at room temperature to make 500ml of smooth pastry cream, with a hint of vanilla and lemon.
Use to fill cream puffs, custard or small pastries. It can be frozen and thawed.
Ingredients: Sugar, Modified Starches (potato), Extracted and Ground Vanilla Beans, Vanilla Bean Extract, Natural Flavours (with milk), Color: carotenes. May contain wheat, egg, nuts, soy.

Yes, we ship Australia-wide, however some delivery addresses might not be supported by some of our delivery partners (e.g. Sendle does not deliver to factories, malls/shopping centres, and any other place that might not have easy access).
