Borgo Molino Grappa Barricata 24 Months is a distinguished Italian spirit crafted from the pomace of Glera grapes, the same variety used in Prosecco production. After distillation, the grappa is aged for a minimum of two years in small oak barrels, allowing it to develop a rich and complex character.
This aging process imparts a warm amber hue and a harmonious blend of aromas and flavours. On the nose, it offers elegant notes of vanilla, toasted oak, and dried fruits. The palate is smooth and velvety, with a balanced profile that combines the sweetness of vanilla with subtle hints of spice and a lingering finish.
GRAPES: 100% Glera.
RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: Ideal as a digestif, this grappa is best enjoyed neat at room temperature to fully appreciate its nuanced flavours. It also pairs wonderfully with dark chocolate or aged cheeses, making it a versatile addition to any connoisseur's collection.
