Bright straw yellow in colour, it opens with aromas of white flowers, citrus zest, green apple and subtle herbal notes. The palate is crisp and lively, offering refreshing acidity, delicate fruit flavours and a clean, mineral-driven finish. Balanced and versatile, this Falanghina is well suited to both casual drinking and food pairing.
