Pasta Jesce Trofie 500g is a traditional Italian short pasta crafted from high-quality durum wheat semolina and shaped in the classic twisted form typical of Ligurian cuisine. Compact and slightly spiralled, trofie are designed to trap sauces effectively, making them especially well suited to pesto, light cream sauces and vegetable-based preparations.
