Made from Pinot Grigio grapes with brief skin contact, this rosato has a delicate blush colour and a bright, refreshing style. Notes of wild strawberry, pear and citrus are complemented by crisp acidity, making it an easy-drinking wine that's just as enjoyable on its own as it is with food.
Serve it well chilled as an aperitivo or alongside seafood, light pasta dishes, fresh salads and antipasti. It's the sort of bottle that's always welcome on a warm afternoon.
