Principe Carnaroli Rice 1kg is a premium Italian rice often referred to as the "king of risotto rice" for its exceptional cooking performance. Its large grains are rich in starch while remaining firm throughout cooking, producing risottos with a luxuriously creamy consistency and a perfectly al dente centre.
